In early 2025, Pitchbook approached my team to create a redesign for their up and coming football club. Combining their iconic Sail symbol and desire to further their influence in the British Football scene, I designed the modern meets old-world crest.

The crown represents the historic, royal nature of British influence in sports, as well as the bold shield design that encapsulates Pitchbook’s logo. Showing how ingrained the company is in the culture it desires to adopt.

PSA: This became spec work and was never officially used by Pitchbook.

To hone in on the old world meets new world look and feel, I applied this duotone that is a current design trend that many sports and athletic companies are utilizing. In tandem with PB’s unique crest, the texture and color scheme felt fresh and on-brand for the company and their new venture.
